Established in 1966, BPA is an innovator in career technical education by providing members with opportunities for growth through education, competition, community service, and personal development.

BPA has over 51000 members all over the United States in over 2300 chapters. As well as an International presence in China, Haiti, and Peru. It is also an organization that supports business and information technology educators by offering co-curricular exercises based on national standards.
